22 SEAPOWER RODS sports a blank constructed from Daiwa’s GLATECH material, a combination of a carbon core wrapped perpendicular to the rod blank and longitudinal single axis fibreglass material which gives SEAPOWER the desired soft and shock absorbing nature. Since almost all fights are conducted with the rod in a gunwale rod holder, a softer blank action is desirable for electric rods.
